RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you'd like to return or exchange a product reach out to us, we will be glad to help you. Some rules of engagement first, before you wish to return or exchange any products:
- You have a 14-day period to apply for a return or exchange, starting on the day of delivery. Anything later will not be accepted.
- Please make sure the product is in perfect condition with all original labels attached.
- Postal costs for returned goods are the customers responsibility. It will only be reimbursed in case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
- We cannot held liable for any items lost in transit.
- Make sure points 1-4 are understood and respected before reaching out to us. We only accept returns if those points are fulfilled.
PROCEDURE
To RETURN an item:
- Get in touch with us at support@bonkcyclingclub.com describing your intention, we will answer as soon as possible.
- put all items and necessary documents in an adequate return bag, attach the return label and seal it.

To EXCHANGE an item:

Send an email to support@bonkcyclingclub.com describing your intention. We will answer as soon as possible
- Place a new order. If you used a discount in your initial order, we will create a new discount for you to use at check out.

After we've received the goods, we'll inspect them thoroughly to make sure they are 100% ok. If that is the case we will refund the money within 30 days, excluding any shipping costs.
