PROCESSING AND HANDLING

We strive to ship orders rapidly. Orders placed Monday through Friday usually ship the next day. However, please allow a week, especially during special releases, holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

If a product is sold out or more information is needed, we will contact you immediately. Your satisfaction is our priority and we appreciate your understanding.

DELIVERY TIMES

We work with mainly Bpost, GLS and Mondial Relay to ship orders. Orders are always tracked.

  • European Union: fulfillment 1-3 / 2-5 business days
  • International: fulfillment 1-3 / 5-10 business days

TAXES AND DUTIES

We are responsible for paying VAT on orders within the European Union and nothing is required from you.

In the case of international shipments BONK is an exporter and you are the importer, therefore any import duties are your responsibility.
